THE ROLE

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative who can become a key part of our growth engine. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, helping them discover how merahki.ai can transform their business through education-led growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and pain points
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase merahki.ai's capabilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for customer acquisition
  • Track and report on key metrics related to customer engagement and conversion
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer insights

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role (sales, account management, or customer success)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong ability to build rapport and trust with customers
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
  • Familiarity with SaaS or EdTech industries is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
